Jennifer Sertl is the founder of Agility3R, a leadership development company. She teaches innovation at Rochester Institute of Technology in the State of New York. She is also the Director of Marketing for Circle Optics- a company dedicated to transforming immersive experiences through 360-degree panoramic imaging capabilities. Jennifer has been dedicated to decentralized leadership and the importance of self awareness for over 30 years having gotten her degree at University of Colorado in Existential Philosophy.
