Jennifer has been a Social Media Ambassador for the Social Innovation Summit for over a decade, amplifying global conversations on innovation, equity, and transformative leadership.
In her local Rochester, NY community, Jennifer serves as Director of Workforce Development for TechRochester, ensuring high school students are aware of the opportunities and impact of Rochester’s designation as a Federal Technology Hub. She also contributes as a Business Coach for The Entrepreneurs Network and as a writer and community catalyst for RocGrowth. Her past board memberships include the Susan B. Anthony House and the Mental Health Association, showcasing her deep commitment to social progress and mental health advocacy.
Jennifer’s thought leadership has garnered international recognition. She was named one of the Hatch10 Innovative Thinkers by Hatch A Better World in 2013 and is an alumna of Innotribe, the SWIFT Banking Think Tank. Her previous work with Vistage International supported 23 Rochester companies in preparing for mergers, acquisitions, and human capital optimization.
